True candy agates are never polished smooth. Their irregular surfaces—their “natural skins”—are proof that they are natural, surface-eroded gemstone specimens.
Crystal Candy Agates are geologically produced only in region of the Alxa Plateau of Inner Mongolia. Their surfaces are often highly irregular, with sharp pitting and smooth peaks. In addition to a variety of body-colors, these agates often present color zoning between the inner core and the outer layer.

At Greenly & Co., we are pleased to offer the highest-quality jewelry made with Crystal Candy Agate gemstones. Hand-collected, then hand-drilled, our bracelets and necklaces are hand-strung on silk cord with 18k yellow gold beads and clasps, and our earrings finished as drops on 18k yellow gold French hooks.
Our agates are not treated with mineral oil, though mineral oils can be safely applied to increase shine and clarity, if desired.
